Chocolate Popcorn

A couple of nights ago I made Chocolate Popcorn. I got the recipe from pinterest ( here's a link http://www.chocolatechocolateandmore.com/2012/05/chocolate-popcorn.html) and it turned out pretty good, it was a little chewy but other than that I thought it was good. I liked it because it had the combination of being salty and sweet.

               Here are the ingredients:
 8-10 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
4 tablespoons butter (1/2 a stick)
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Wax Paper

Step 1: Pop two bags of popcorn of your choice. Put all the popcorn into a bowl and to take out as many seeds as possible, otherwise they will get stuck in the chocolate and it will hurt your teeth. If you want to only make one bag, just make sure you half the recipe.

Step 2:Put all ingredients (except the vanilla) in a small sauce pan and stir until the butter melts. Keep stirring and when it comes to a rolling boil, add the vanilla.

Step 3: Pour the chocolate over the popcorn while its still in the bowl, and stir it around to make sure the Chocolate is evenly distributed.

Step 4: Grab some wax paper and spread it out. Put the popcorn on the wax paper and try to seperate it best way you can. Let dry. Put the popcorn
back in the bowl and enjoy!
